Subscriber is responsible for managing service which can be done through the account dashboard. Optional add-on services require additional fees and are not included in the standard monthly or annual price plans. Monthly subscribers that add on additional services will be charged the full monthly rate for the add-on service regardless of the day of subscription renewal/expiration then add-on service is auto renewing monthly along with base subscription unless changed, removed or cancelled prior to billing. Existing annual subscribers adding optional add-on services will be charged a prorated amount based on calendar month (not day) at time of adding additional services and then a prorated amount based on base annual data service renewal or expiration date.
